Although I do wish we never needed this type of services; I'm glad to have used Valentine. We worked with Travis. He did an awesome job. I didn't need to call him for anything unless I desired to. It was little to no stress to me while Travis worked in the background. He handled both the family and court drama. Travis would call every once in a while to update us as needed. I never felt the need to chase him down. When the final days came to be, Kim joined in. They both were great. I hope no one ever has to use them or anyone else but if/when you do, I would 100% recommend this group to handle these matters with little to no impact/stress on your normal day to day.

At my Attorney's suggestion, I attended an online seminar "Building a Winning Elder Abuse Case: Trial Preparation" presented by Kim Valentine. As a Litigation Paralegal of over 20 years in Delaware with more of a background in PI and now newly working on MM/NH cases. This seminar was more insightful than I could have anticipated. Kim covered a large amount of material in short period of time, but everything was easy to follow and comprehend as a result of the way it was presented. Throughout, Kim's presentation it was easy to see the honesty, compassion, and conviction in her words and expressions. One thing I will certainly take away from the seminar is what we are doing is good and sadly it is not a level playing field. Kim is leveling the field and trying to bring all of us with her. Thank you and I will not hesitate to reach out to her firm or refer someone in need to her firm.
