Carlos has no experience on how to defend clients at the trial level and constantly submits filings and motions late to the point that the opposing party filed a motion for sanctions. His so-called "law office" should be charging for pro bono work instead of premium Lawyer fees. He is keen to settle all cases instead of defending the interest of the client.
