Waste of time, waste of time, waste of time. I handled everything on my own. I really wasted my time and mileage (my daily and just depreciating as I drive it) on my car waiting on "Quill and Arrow". My time with them was short and not worth my time at all. Lost maybe 3 weeks total if I didnt have to wait on them. Your not really talking to an attorney either, just bunch of assistants and my guy seemed to always be on the road calling me from a poor bluetooth connected device like he was driving "background noise". NEVER in a office. Really unprofessional and feels like lack of personal attention to your case. I also had to have them verify a text message I sent, because he didn't seem to have understood it. I expect a legal team to understand every word I say/send them. If its a simple buyback, handle it with your manufacturer on your own. Your going to end up doing everything ON YOUR OWN UP TO THIS POINT ANYWAYS If your looking to be compensated for more than that, then I suggest you to get proper legal representation and consider shopping. Unfortunately if i have a lemon, I will NOT be using your firm in the future for sure. Too me, it just feels like another internet boosted company. Typical reply you woild say is what?.... Every case is different blah blah blah.... all im saying is you should tell your clients to handle simple buyback backs on their own. Yall just wasting everyone's time. You, me, manufacturer etc. . UNNECESSARY.
