I'm very disappointed with the service I received from this law firm. I notified them of my change of address more than three weeks ago, yet they still failed to submit it even though USCIS requires this to be done within 10 days. This is a basic, time-sensitive responsibility, and the delay put my case at unnecessary risk. On top of that, there has been constant turnover in legal assistants/case managers. I believe I'm now on my fourth one and we were never notified when the most recent change happened. Each time someone new gets assigned, I have to start from scratch, explain my case again, and deal with confusion and missed follow-through. Communication has been slow, inconsistent, and reactive instead of proactive. I paid for professional guidance and reliability, but that's not what I received. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm for anyone who needs timely, stable, and attentive immigration support.

Bunch of CROOKS! I went into the consultation and spoke with a woman name Karen. She said a bunch of lies that yes we would only need to pay $3000 to start a u visa application. READ THE CONCTRACT! U visa certification does not mean they will process your u-visa paperwork to IMMIGRATION: it just means they will email the police station to get someone to sign for the report. HILLARIOUS! Now they are asking for $4000 to start the process. YES I WILL GO TO THE BUREAU OF LAW AND REPORT THESE FRAUDS! NOW THEY ARE SAYING IT MUST HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE. NO BISHHH YOUR SECRETARY NAME KAREN STRAIGHT SAID THAT! Please everyone record what they tell you inside that meeting office!
