If I could make this 0 stars, I would. I got in an accident in late March of this year and my case is still ongoing. I had to drop this group and lawyer because they are so lazy and don't want to work at all. They have never called me once to update me on my case and when I call them to ask for an update, they get mad over the phone and annoyed that I called them, "Why are you calling right now?" All the recent reviews are fake as when I first started using them, they weren't there, then the 4/5 star reviews with very minimal words appeared out of nowhere during my case. Please believe my review and the other bad reviews when I say do not do anything with this garbage company. They will treat you horribly and misrepresent you. Don't waste your time and if you get to talk to "Candy", good luck for real

When it comes to accident attorney, I personally believe only contacting clients when it is absolutely necessary is the best for both. I have had four accident cases handled by Mason, and all four cases were closed in a timely manner and, of course, with satisfactory financial compensations. All my questions over the course of each case were answered very quickly and professionally by Candy over the phone. I ahighly recommended him to my friends and family. 10/10

The experience was very good. The folks are cordial with Mr.Mason being the best one. After all it's his name on the company.

They make me want to vomit. I had them for one year representing me. That whole time I never received one phone call from them. If I called everyone was out if I text would not get a response 90% of the time. My boss was givin 4000 for a injury accedent that would have been 60,000$ with any other firm. I don't know how they stay in business. I wish whoever I crash into next, uses them They pourpously did not send my file over to new attorney delaying any progress and any chance to get a loan

I've never have to deal with no such thing like this very rude and inefficient law firm , my case has been pending for almost 1 year now. When it was only supposed to take 5-6 months max.. Never received one phone call from them regarding any updates.. was very rude and unprofessional.. Every time I would call to get an update I would get send to voicemail, call back another time , or someone wasn't in the office... I would not recommend this law firm to anyone unless you'd like to get scammed
