This firm has been consistently disorganized and unresponsive from day one. My boyfriend was in a car accident in March 2025, and we chose this firm to help with his settlement. Months later, the case is still not resolved -- and not because of the insurance company, but because of this firm's ongoing lack of communication and follow-through. My boyfriend has been calling for weeks trying to get a direct update from the lawyer. Every time, he's told the lawyer is "not in the office," and no one can give him a clear answer on anything. The staff is unable to provide specifics, and the attorney has never reached out with a direct update. We personally obtained the hospital bill after they repeatedly claimed they were "waiting for it." Even after receiving that document, they failed to submit the claim when they said they would. Now we're being told they "need proof the medical bill was paid" -- even though they have already received the check from the insurance company. The claim is funded, but my boyfriend hasn't been paid out because the firm can't seem to confirm whether the medical bill was taken care of. It has been the same pattern since the beginning: no updates, no clear communication, and no accountability from both the staff and the lawyer. We are now 6+ months into this process with no resolution, no timeline, and no transparency. My boyfriend is still out-of-pocket after having to buy a replacement vehicle on his own, while this firm continues to delay without explanation. This isn't frustration over not "getting our way" -- it's frustration over a firm that can't execute basic case management. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone from relying on them.
