DTLA Law Group has been so amazing. Everyone who works there are super nice. When you need something they always go beyond and above to get it done. I recommend everybody to used this Law Firm. They will keep on fighting for you. Sal, Dan and Fahrid has been outstanding partners and their explanations is awesome

My experience with DTLA Law was frustrating from start to finish. The case moved extremely slowly, with every step taking about 30 days just to progress. After I completed my medical treatment, it still took six months for the case to finally settle and close -- an outrageously long time. The doctors they sent me to seemed more focused on overbooking me than actually helping me heal. Most treatments involved the same generic electro-stimulation therapy with little to no personalized care or real attention to my recovery. Even worse was the communication -- or lack of it. I was never given a direct phone number to reach anyone. The only way to get any updates was through a rarely answered text line. I had to resort to leaving comments on their Instagram posts just to get someone to respond -- and even then, I was often ignored. And here's what I find especially alarming: after posting this review, the firm contacted me and attempted to buy a positive review by offering $100 for a favorable rating. In my opinion, this is unethical and undermines the trust people place in online reviews. DTLA Law made me feel like just another case file, not a real person recovering from an injury. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Poor communication, slow results, questionable ethics, and no sense of client care whatsoever.

Do NOT walk from this firm RUN!! Tom Yee is awful. Theres no communication. Combative. Talks at you not to you. My case has taken over 5 years for a MINOR ankle injury. Still not closed. Tom Yee went as far as suggesting I wait in the welfare line when my job briefly stopped paying me. Thankfully I was smart enough to contact my PCP and he put me on SDI. I've waited on hold for 20 mins to speak to his assistant to be transferred to her to go straight to voicemail. I was recently suggested to set a telephone appt to speak to Mr. Yee about my ongoing case because emailing me answers was too hard. I set it for 2pm and let them know I was going to be unavailable after 315p. He called me at 330p left a voicemail. I emailed him the same day which was June 30th. Still haven't heard back. He's given me sooo many different updates and yet. I've been patient .. I would never suggest this company and I am employed with a pretty big entity. Do better.

STAY AWAY. Tationna was my case manager. After viewing my case file, I see that there's someone else's personal/sensitive information attached to my file. There was lots of info/evidence that I sent over to Tationna that was not included in my case file. She refused to speak with my witnesses. She would ignore my text messages and then claim she never received them. What I found very odd is how she seemed to be supporting the other party. She had been secretly speaking with the other party without my knowledge. After confronting her about this, I received a drop letter the next morning. I will be contacting the bar association! I don't recommend this law firm at all. STAY AWAY!!

They are great, very communicative and won my case! I will definitely use downtown LA law group again
