I had a very positive experience working with the Law offices of Daniel Kim for an auto accident that occurred in the Winter of 2023, and wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. It was my first time ever using a service like this, and I initially did not consider legal action. However, after some stressful interactions with the insurance I've made the decision to delegate the process and it was definitely the right move. For context, I was rear-ended at a traffic stop, and my car required major repairs. I also experienced some neck and spinal complications after the accident. But because I did not initially consider legal action and had no prior experience, roughly 3 weeks had already passed since the incident occurred. On top of that, I was dealing with a lot of stuff at the time and did not follow up with the office promptly. Daniel Kim Law Offices promptly set up appointments to get diagnosed and treatment, and worked with me very patiently and methodically worked through the case. I really want to empathize this because it was not easy at all for them. My case manager was Adam Mun, and James Lim handled the negotiations which I think did an exceptional job (shout out to James!). Apparently, the current industry practice is that medical procedures are done under a lien, so the doctors hold the share to the settlement amount and requires negotiations after the case. James Lim significantly reduced the amount initially demanded by the medical doctors, and was able to settle in a fair amount. The settlement came out pretty decent excluding the repairs, rental costs, in which was split by the medical doctors, the law office and myself, and the case took about year and a half to completely close. Overall, I think the office has great value, especially given its very service-oriented process and superb communication - Korean style. The only thing that really threw me off was how greedy some of the medical providers were. I want to emphasize that it is crucial to have a competent negotiator if you have a strong case, and keep in mind that many procedures can involve liens so this is something you might want to discuss with your case manager / lawyer before starting treatments. Its a balancing act.

I am so pleased with the help that I got from Daniel Kim and the folks at his Law Firm! I had somebody in a new truck hit me from the back he was drunk and he suggested we get off the road and exchange information and he just took off it was a hit and run. My car had a lot of damage and I didn't feel so well. I had heard of Daniel before and knew that he was very helpful and sympathetic so I called and they took my case. They got me to good doctors and they checked out my car. My insurance wasn't going to cover anything because it was an older car but I love this car and Daniel and his team understood that. If I had gotten the plate number of the truck I am confident that he would have gotten a huge settlement like a life-changing one! But I was so shocked at the time that the man hit me that I just forgot about it especially being disarmed by the guy saying to get off the freeway and exchange information. S o since we couldn't prosecute the guy that hit me they had to work within what they had with my insurance but they got me everything that they could get me which I was so appreciative of! I was able to get my car fixed, I was diagnosed correctly with what was going on from a bit of injury to my back and neck, and I got the proper treatment. I recommend this Law Firm 1,000%! You absolutely cannot go wrong with Daniel Kim and his legal team. (In contrast when I went through a heartbreaking divorce I had a horrible opportunistic lawyer who dragged out everything for years and cost me heartache and money beyond nightmares.) Daniel Kim was exactly the opposite. They got this done in a timely manner and got my money to me quickly! While I hope I never need an attorney of this type again, the first person and only person I would call in the case of another incident would be Daniel Kim Law Firm. He's the best car accident attorney out there. He's honest and caring to his clients. I sincerely and hardly recommend him! Thank you again Daniel and your team!

I would not recommend this firm. Communication has been extremely poor -- I haven't received an update on my case in over five months. They seem to do the bare minimum and have encouraged me to settle for far less than what my case is worth. It may be best to take your case elsewhere.

They were very professional and very good at communicating with me. Also kept me updated about my case and got me the best outcome that was possible .
