Can't say enough about the services provided by Janet Brewer and her team. We'd used them 10 years ago when executing a will and trust for a foreign national friend who'd died. (Our friend's former counsel had acted against her interests and Janet found a solution.) We went back to update our posthumous affairs and were just as impressed. Their research and advice are first-rate and their fees are more than reasonable.

It was a pleasure to work with this firm. I found Rod's guidance, knowledge, patience and responsiveness very helpful in updating my Trust. We had some complicated scenarios to incorporate and they were written in a straight-forward, concise and timely manner. In 2008 we had an estate plan, wills, PoAs, and other documents created by Janet and her friendly staff. She took lots of time to advise us on many considerations for the various options. Were very happy with the results. Then in 2012, we had to restate it due to several marriages and births. We were again pleased with the results. Janet sends a monthly newsletter full of estate planning tips that we find very useful. She sends a humorous Christmas letter in legalese jargon regarding Santa and the holidays. Now, the office is far from us, but we can easily use Zoom to communicate. In 2025 we restated our 2008 Trust to bring it up to date, a very important revision due to several changed situations.
