PLBH Law is awesome. They handle my Big 5 Distribution case faster than I could have ever expected. Everyone that I spoke to were so nice and caring especially Stephanie Cabico. And my lawyer who handle my case, Connie Chen was fantastic. I would and will refer family and friends to PLBH if they ever need a law firm that gets the job done!

I was on Workman's Comp and decided I needed a lawyer to make sure I was filling out and filing the paperwork correctly, and on time. I heard an advertisement on the radio and called the number. PLBH was very kind, clear and informative from the very first phone conversation. I had on money but was pleasantly surprised that their fees would be taken from my settlement, meaning I would not have to spend thousands out of my own pocket up front (and if I was not awarded a settlement, I would not have to pay the lawyer fees at all). It was very easy to sign-up with them and throughout my 2 year case, they represented me perfectly - there were never any issues, confusion or concerns because they always helped make sense of it all. I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars because getting in touch with them was difficult at times. You are not allowed to email them a simple question. The majority of the time, when I called them, I would have to leave a message and you are not allowed to leave a question in your message. So after leaving my name and number, someone would call me back, but if I missed the call, I would have to call back and leave my name and number again to have them call me back. I found this to be frustrating when for the most part, I only needed to speak with them about simple things. Not being able to send a simple email or leave a voicemail message required way too much effort, in my opinion. This may not be a fair judgement against them because I understand the legal reasons why emails and voicemail messages are not considered legally binding documents, but it would be nice to find a work-around for this. Otherwise, PLBH are highly recommended by me.

I regret choosing this workers' compensation law firm. From the beginning, the experience was marked by unprofessional and dismissive behavior from caseworkers. They were often rude or short with me, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a client seeking help during a difficult time. Every time I reached out for clarity or reassurance, I was met with impatience or vague, unhelpful answers. There were almost no proactive updates on my case. Weeks and sometimes months would pass without any communication, leaving me completely in the dark about what was happening. I constantly felt confused about the status of my claim, what steps were being taken, or whether any progress was being made at all. Any information I did receive was inconsistent or unclear, which only added to my frustration. The delays were exhausting. Simple questions took far too long to be addressed. Instead of feeling supported, I felt ignored and unheard, as though my situation wasn't important enough to deserve attention or urgency. I expected guidance, advocacy, and professionalism, but what I received was the opposite. Overall, the entire experience left me feeling that my case was a waste of time and energy. Rather than easing the stress of an already challenging situation, this firm added to it. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and communicative legal support.
