If i could give no stars this guy is less to be desired, he doesn't ask enough questions to be a good lawyer, always having you sign something but never any follow up instructions on what to do next. Let me tell you when you call this man because you will need to he charges for phone calls and appointments, while inflation is running wild with just about everything lord knows this mans time is very valuable, so he will take a huge chunk just for e-mails and phone calls. It's a grave mistake hiring this lawyer the secretary does more work than he does. When i get the final word . I will see to it to post all information as to how much of a snake in the grass this guy is. Hope this helps someone good luck

Sadly like many attorneys uses the law to shield his sometimes ethically and improper action as a lawyer. Please note I am not a lawyer, so comments are based upon personal beliefs and non lawyer view. I would not, based upon my experience, want him representing anything regarding probate or estate law. His secretary you will find has very good people skills known in medical terms as bedside manner. Helpful and understanding, she is the only positive I could think about this law office. He also is not well versed in everything found in probate law like a family allowance July 2025 update. I recommend him for only the simplest of estate cases, where signing his name is his most challenging aspect of your estate issue. Once I hopefully get heard by probate judge I might be able to add what the judge thought or possibly punished him. I stand by my review, he is, well can't say anything bad as he will probably sue me. If you have a complicated and emotion filled estate issues, look elsewhere. I will give him the credit for standing by his client, too bad the job the client is doing reflects back on him. I can only pray I get to present the failure of the executor and the judge then looks at him and wonder who was at the wheel. From the first day I talked to him up until now. If he is representing someone like an executor I can only advise, find a lawyer or someone who can show you the probate code and how to read it, then you will be able to challenge his statements. I am hoping the judge will see all the mistakes and not be tricked by his legalise over my normal speech. If interested in examples of things the executor did and how he didn't listen to a beneficiary who couldn't speak legalise but could point out the wrong doing of the executor, stay tuned and let's hope I actually get to see justice, after all it was one of the things I protected by serving as a United States Marine and the courts have allowed money to dictate who gets more respect and is believed over someone with a suit standing by him rather than the facts.
