He answered all my questions during the process and was available even on the weekends. Thank you so much for making this experience a positive one. I dont want this to seem like a ideal sob story so im just going to say i was lost. I did a little research and Shanner and Associates caught my attention. The moment i called and spoke with Toby Shanner, he gave me hope to keep pushing. His amazing service and helpfulness made me feel whole again. Just when I thought nothing could be done, Toby took his time to supply me with the information i needed. The guidance most people find difficult to retrieve. He answered all my questions and prepared me for success and i just want to say thank you for taking the time to help me lift a weight off my shoulders thats been pulling me down for so long. To anyone looking for legal services within his practice, i would 110% refer them to Mr. Shanner. Hes a great individual, very educated, and has a wonderful personality.

I am a little late with my review as I am typically not one to leave reviews but I felt it was necessary and warranted in this case. I have to say working with Toby and his team was by far the best experience I've had when dealing with attorneys/legal matters...and unfortunately for me, I've dealt with a handful in the past few years. Toby's straight forwarded, professional and friendly approach is exactly what is needed. He handled my case in just over a month and I had my debt fully discharged a couple months later.
