I hired Mr. Michael Kern in June 2025 to represent me in a restraining order case that should never have gone to court. He successfully had the case dismissed in November 2025 and handled everything on my behalf, allowing me to avoid appearing in court in person. I have been trying to get ahold of this lawyer since May 22nd. I have called all the lines, e-mailed, etc. I recieved a formal letter from him and needed to speak to him about our case and he has yet to get ahold of me even though hisd etter states to direct all calls and communication to his office. How is this helpful? Who is he protecting?
