Jerry literally helped us when we felt we had nowhere or no one to go to. My husband and I purchased a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer so I could drive around with our 5 boys. We only had about 1k miles and the car caught fire! I was 4 months pregnant at the time and scared to death. We attempted to go through Ford in hopes that we could get some resolution...all they did was pressure wash the engine and change the alternator. I was so afraid of driving my explorer that it just sat in the driveway catching dust.
