I hired Gary and his brother Derek to handle my worker's compensation case. I was constantly given excuses regarding my case status and MSA progress. Gary and Derek both told me that the case was moving along and the MSA was in the works. When I questioned how the MSA could be in the works when I never even signed the release form. I was then told that they would send me the form that required a wet signature. The truth is it really wasn't in the works my entire case was put on the back burner. I'm not the only one whom experienced communication and progress issues others have made complaints as well. If it's an easy case, they will work the case if it's difficult or complicated it seems like they just don't want to deal with it. I ended up hiring another attorney after 2 1/2 years of wasted time. I thought I would worn others of this conduct by JACKSON & JACKSON. My experience with them was negative to say the least. When I did get an update, it was always the defenses's fault they weren't returning calls or I'm on vacation or the defense is on vacation. I guess hiring this firm is a hit or miss risk.

Getting hurt at work and getting denied workman's comp left me in a bad spot and had to sacrifice a lot to just get by. The last few years with the injury have been exhausting to say the least. I couldn't walk for a couple months and TBH got done dirty from my job when I got hurt. I can say calling Mr. Jackson was the best decision I made. He always responded to me and made sense of everything. He told me in the beginning he would do his best to "make me whole" and in the end he did! He guided me through the process and it was all pretty easy on my part. Mr. Jackson did the heavy lifting. I highly recommend them!!
