Quinton was straight up rude to us. He became annoyed that I didn't know my grandparents names even after explaining that I never see that side of my family and they never talk about things like that. Very unprofessional, we went elsewhere and found a genuinely nice attorney to help us. Also, when receiving my receipt in the mail they spelled my name HORRIBLY WRONG. My name is CIDNEE and they spelled it CIDREL. You're expecting to take on a potential new client and you can't even spell their name right? One more thing, I did a quick google search to make sure I spelled his name correctly and an article came up about Quinton Ray Swanson and another man getting arrested and charged for scheme involving theft of deceased elderly client's funds back in May 2021. How is he still allowed to practice?
