Law and justice legal services were a huge help and ensured the painful process of divorce went as smooth as possible for my family member. They were quick to answer questions and only reached out when necessary. Their services fees were manageable considering the time and resources a divorce usually requires. In all, they rendered services professionally and thoroughly.

I was referred to Attorney Don V. Nguyen by Parker Stanbury LLP through my LegalShield membership for a civil case involving appeals, sanctions, and a vexatious litigant ruling. I expected a professional civil litigator who was already briefed on my situation, given the seriousness and urgency of the matter. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and unprofessional from the beginning: * When I called on Friday, September 26, 2025, I spoke with a female assistant or secretary who seemed completely unfamiliar with civil litigation terms. I had to explain the entire case from scratch, including terms like "sanctions" and "vexatious litigant," which she had never heard of. She asked for my name multiple times and seemed entirely unprepared. * After spending valuable time explaining my complex situation, I was told that Attorney Nguyen would call me on Monday between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and that I needed to remain available for a 3-hour window just in case he calls. I was not given a firm time--only a vague "sometime in that window," which I found to be completely disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of scheduling expectation--demanding the client remain available for hours without a confirmed time--is unacceptable, especially for a referred attorney who is supposed to already know the matter and be ready to help. Given this poor experience, I strongly urge Parker Stanbury and LegalShield to reconsider this attorney's inclusion in their referral network. Members deserve to be treated with professionalism, clarity, and basic respect for their time.

Outstanding law firm. They definitely went above and beyond during my court case and were always professional and understanding. Don and Jaz were reliable and always kept me informed so that's definitely plus. Highly recommend going to them and let them work to help you the best way they can.

There are several lawyers at this location. I can't speak for any other attorney but the one I dealt with was knowledgeable and got the job done. Although lawsuits are stressful and time consuming I am glad to have them by my side

Had them handle my divorce. Very stressful time but was able to get me what I wanted and needed. Legal services are not cheap but in the end was worth it
