When I asked them for an update on my case, they treat me like I did not know anything about the law and I was disturbing them. They gave me the same answer as the last time I asked after waiting 2 months. They always act like they were working so hard on my case, but they did not. The woman - the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She will forget everything after holding off the phone. She always said that she would call me back with an update but she never did. Never come back. Bad experience!
