I truly hope no one ever has a problem in their life that forces them to seek an attorney. I contacted this office based on the recommendation of another lawyer, since they are supposed to specialize in Home Depot cases. But you may not believe it -- after one month of waiting, today they finally told me that they cannot take my case, without giving any reasonable explanation. This is despite the fact that I sent them the demand letter on the very first day. I won't mention any names here because it will make this review too long, but I was completely passed around from one person to another. On the first day, I spoke with a lady who gave me an email address and asked me to send the demand letter there. Then I was told someone would contact me. I ended up speaking with 4-5 different people, and in the end, absolutely nothing happened. I even asked them directly: does a simple "yes" or "no" really require someone to wait an entire month? If it takes this long just to give an answer, then I can't imagine how long it would take if they actually decided to take the case -- probably ten years. My experience with this office was not good at all. I don't care how skilled they may be or what they have done for others -- my personal experience was simply bad. Their service was confusing, inconsistent, and unorganized. You never know who you are actually talking to, who the manager is, or who is responsible for what. I spoke with so many different people and got absolutely no results. And after all my follow-ups, they finally texted me -- after a month -- saying they cannot take the case. I honestly responded that I was happy to hear that, because even if they had accepted it, I no longer wanted them to represent me. This was my personal experience, and I wanted to share it here.
