We used Jay Yu earlier this year to create a will and a trust for my husband and me. The work Jay did for our estate was excellent and we found him to be a first-class professional. We had a dog bite issue that arose, and Jay Yu was very gracious in investigating the initial issues to see if it made sense for us to pursue a claim. He devoted significant time and effort (and even some expense) to helping us, even though ultimately, we weren't able to go forward with a claim or hire his firm. Even so, that didn't affect the level of excellence and effort he put into helping us. This is the kind of integrity and selfless generosity that Jay and his firm consistently exhibit.
