I had the worst experience with Duke holby and Meyer. Do you mean me sign some stuff? Sent me to a chiropractor over a month later, I had like a $1600 bill with this chiropractor and then turn around, got no information every time I called nothing happened. But then out of the blue, they called me and tell me they're dropping my case. And I said, I asked, why? What's going on? Come to find out, she says, well, you and the other person in front of you also asked or was going through the process with them. And then she proceeded to tell me that they dropped both of us him and I and then about 2 months later. While I'm in the process of l diging the other insurance. Come to find out, my insurance dropped me. And when I looked into it and did some really, really, really big digging, for a different insurance company. My insurance was very vague on the reason why they dropped us coming to find out. Jacoby and Meyers represented the other guy got heck of money and my insurance. And then my insurance said kick rocks because of them, and they deemed at fault when I was sandwiched between 3 cars and both the insurance company in front and the insurance company and back. I have the notes the letter I got from the insurance companies saying that the person in front of me and then the person on back at me was at fault. I was sandwiched and then Jacoby and Meyer represented the other people. And I ended up getting dropped, and then they deemed it. My fault, when it wasn't, I was sandwiched. Jacoby and Myers is the worst company ever. They never call you back. They never respond nothing If you're in an accident and the other person supposedly called them as well. When you call them And then every time you call they don't answer your phone calls, they don't do anything, they completely ghost you. And then out of the blue tell you, oh sorry, we're not representing you. We're dropping you but in actuality, They are Representing the gentleman in front of you and we're going to screw you even though there insurance company sent me forms and called me.And told me that the other two cars were at fault. Beware people!

I grew up thinking Jacoby and Myers was the best way to go if I ever gotten the car accident. Now 60 years later I finally did get in a car accident. So I was kinda excited because it's the first time I've needed a lawyer. Boy was I highly disappointed in this law firm. You may or may not know that after a car accident you have 2 years to file your case. Jacoby and Meyers sat on my case for 1 year and 11 months before they told me, we are no longer interested in your case. I didn't know what to do or who to go to. Luckily, one of their employees referred me to my now lawyer. Too bad Jacoby and Meyers. We just settled for the maximum of 250,000.00. look elsewhere people. J and M have gotten too big when they pass on cases like mine.

This was my 1st time needing a law firm to represent me and my experience was horrible. Emily Mendez was my rep and communication was horrible and at the end of everything, they dropped my case and left me with a $5K bill. They basically said I wasn't injured enough, it wasn't that they dropped the case, it was that they had all the paperwork from the start and waited till the chiropractor to sign me off to tell me my case was dropped. In the beginning I would send Emily emails often and she told me she would reach out when needed and that was like once a month. When she did reach out abt my apts, she had no updated on my case. When they dropped my case, I asked what was the other party who was at fault saying and she stated they never reached out to them. Emily and this law firm is a joke. After I told them about the bill, she kept saying it was taken care of and they called the chiropractor office but when I would call them, they stated the bill is still under my name and that they didn't call. The only way I would mention Emily and this law firm is to let ppl know not to come here.
