Mark works with the DA and not against the DA. He lied to me and told me I was getting probation. He told me to take an open plea bargin and I was going to receive probation and time served. I spent $15000 for him to lie to me and end up with the upper term which was the most time I could have got and I didn't even go to trial. Working with him I noticed he is also very rude and grumpy and doesn't know how to speak to his clients in a professional matter. He is supposed to be working with me not against me. Be careful I would not chose this guy. He was a waste of money. All he cares about is your money not the outcome of his clients. I went to prison and I am finally back on my appeal. The Supreme Court agrees that's I should have initially received the low term because it was my first time ever getting in trouble.
