Deborah has been my corporate attorney for over 17 years . She created my corporation when I opened my practice and took care of all my corporate legal needs from then up to and including the eventual sale of my business and dissolution of the corp . She was always responsive and timely. Her fees are extremely reasonable and she was always more than fair in the number of hours she billed !

I hired her to prepare a relatively simple real estate contract and figured that it would be about $500. She sent me a bill for $1850! There is NO WAY that she put in 6.4 hours at $250 an hour! I sent her an email asking her to reconsider her bill she never answered me. I got another bill and contacted her again - she finally sent me a break down of charges telling me: "However, I feel no obligation to discount this bill in any amount."

I have called her multiple times to schedule an appointment, left her voicemails and No call back I am a Fallbrook resident, a tenant looking to be represented on the purchase of a house and I heard she doesn't take any cases representing tenants. Good tenants deserve to be represented as well, if you have the money to pay !
