No words can express my deepest gratitude to Chris and Dawn. They are not like other Attorneys that just want to get your money. Before them, I called 40 attorneys to seek help on filing an Opposition to Motion for attorney fees resulted from my denied request for Restraining Order against a hostile neighbor's ongoing and repeated harassment of trespassing in my yard, moving my personal property, making loud and sharp noise in the night, constantly peering at and filming my property, my family, disturbing us days and nights, and intruding our privacy badly everyday, that have caused us tremendous emotional distress and mental illness. I lost the case in the court because I didn't have an attorney representing me at that time, so the neighbor's attorney is suing me for attorney fees of an unreasonable high amount of $12,300. I couldn't even afford to hire an attorney for my petition and to go to the court with me for my petition, how am I able to pay for his attorney fees? Most of the attorneys are too expensive or rejected my case. Me and my husband were really devastated and stressed out until I found Chris and Dawn. They are so wonderful and advised me to use the money I was going to hire them to make an offer to the neighbor's attorney for a settlement without going to the court again. Since English isn't my native language, I didn't have confidence to send the settlement letter email by my own writing to the neighbor's attorney, I asked Chris to review and revise for me and he did it without even asking for a penny even though I offered a small fee for his time but he kindly and gently refused to accept my money. I'm really grateful and moved by his kindness, good heart, and professionalism. I praise the Lord that there's still good people/good attorneys existing in this absurd and evil generation ( like my neighbor) that has no respect to elders.
