HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO TO ANOTHER LAWER. Pretty bad communication, took many weeks and months to even get any information back with my case. Even the Chiropractor they assigned me to said they were bad at communicating and wouldn't answer to their calls/emails.

I have been represented by Gregory Yates Frim on 3 different occasions. 2 were auto accidents where I was rear-ended & the other I was hit while on my bike. The staff, Barbara Mayo & Helen Kazari were very professional & put me at ease thru the whole claim process. My questions & concerns were answered & I can see they had my best interest at heart. I was provided with excellent medical care as well. The firm settled my case in a timely manner the first time & that is why I went back to them for the following 2 accidents. HIGHLY SUGGEST ANOTHER LAW FIRM. After almost two years I had to switch firms, to which then my case was settled within months by a very successful firm. I never spoke to the attorney once at this firm for almost two years. The paralegal did not even know a doctor suggested surgery and never included it in the damages requested. Also did not report to me the insurance offered a settlement amount until I called in months later for update. One person told me to strop treating for medical which other lawyers told me this is not allowed. Paralegal Helen often had little knowledge of what was happening with case and constantly made excuses for not allowing me to speak with attorney. They sat on this case because perhaps they take on more than they can handle. My new firm which is the largest PI firm in country were very surprised by how this firm could not handle or settle case sooner. Because paralegal did not pay attention to my medical, I was left for many months waiting without treatment to get better, or any settlement funds to do so. Go elsewhere.

This excellent law office handles catastrophic injuries plus the day-to-day smaller injuries. Mr Yates is a member of abota the American board of trial attorneys he has taken many cases to verdict before juries and has persuasive skills to rectify serious Injustice.
