Working with this law group has been nothing short of a nightmare. Getting in touch with anyone--especially my case manager--has been incredibly difficult. I've called, emailed, and followed up repeatedly, only to be met with silence or vague, delayed responses. My questions go unanswered, including a simple inquiry about how to obtain an OSHA report for my case. (Which they're supposed to have.) Last week, I finally received a small update promising more information on my settlement this week--yet again, I've been ghosted with no follow-up, not even an acknowledgment of my email. I have never once spoken to the actual attorney handling my case, which is unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable. If Jessica is supposed to manage client communication, I have no idea how or why, given how consistently unresponsive she has been. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
