I can't go into too many details because of a pending complaint with the bar, but I've had a horrible time with this firm in spite of a very solid case. The revolving door of employees and the unbelievable rudeness and incompetence of the staff, combined with the comedy of unforced errors by my attorney, has me baffled as to how this firm stays in business. The paperwork submitted on my behalf has been so consistently full of errors, even to the point of having the wrong name. I can't imagine running my business as poorly as these people, so I'm going to go ahead and be embarrassed for them since they don't seem to have the awareness or ability.
