Howard Kitay and his staff were all wonderful! I worked with them with 2 personal injury cases over the past 12 years. They have be easy to reach with all all my questions and always extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about them!!! They made my life so much easier not having to deal with the insurance company and the settlement they negotiated was much higher than I could have done for myself, especially in my condition. Great experience with a very personable and understanding law firm. There was a severe car accident in which my delighter was a passenger, and suffered major injuries (broken bones) to her arms, hands and back. the person driving had moderate auto Insurance coverage and barely covered the expenses. She wasn't even a driver yet and Howard was able to get my auto insurance to cover using under-insured motorist from my policy to get her an additional $55k. So that she received a much larger and deserved settlement. They were patient until the Insurance companies paid a decent amount. they have helped me with a couple of other minor legal problems at no charge. At first the lawyer and his staff was great. Unfortunately, I had two cases with this Mr. Kitty, one of the cases involved workers comp, I thought he was working on my cases. Until one day I get a letter saying he will not do either of you my of my cases, he had both cases for over a year. I have 3 months until the first case expired but I did find a lawyer willing to take one of my cases. Now I am desperately searching for a new lawyer that knows about workers comp.
