Is been 2 years. My knee has a acl tear. I call n call and emails and others and no call back. Went to doctor therapy n all. Other deiver at fault already....nothing from lawyer Is sad. I have been patient and is not working g out. Think about it twice before you call these people. O customer service

1 star is still not DESERVING * ZERO STARS * is more accomidating !! Who is arta wildeboer ? She never even had a conversation with me, I only delt with the queen at the front desk. Yeah, I found out, straight clowns! After communicating with them EVERYDAY, they barely even responded in a timely matter. (But when I sent them their dismissal letter, they responded within 15 minuets) Big Problem! They never gave the insurance company my bank information for MY property settlement AND at THE SAME TIME-WHILE On the PHONE with ME and the INSURANCE company!! (It was noted, time stamped - by phone, text & emails.. "Lawyer says they will reach out to plaintiff with information and will return reply" ) I checked & have ALL the DOCUMENTATION to prove they neglected my case. I was the one doing all the investigation with my property damage, also while I was in pain! They don't care unless your paying them by the hour- which makes no sense when they are accident "pro bono " lawyers"?! Pfft. Yeah. Very unprofessional and unorganized. They failed to represent me, and I FIRED them, 4/3/25. But funny though, they had the nerve to send me a letter in the mail 4/7/25 dismissing my case!?? How do you quit when you were fired ? Weirdos!! Also took a week and a half to send our welcome letters, what a bunch of lazy amateurs!! Yet, I'm still waiting on all my documents pertaining to my closed case!! You are definitely not smarter than I am. I've proved that by firing you, and calling you out on your negligence. I will be taken my quarrel to the state bar of Beverly Hills, as soon as I get well. They don't deserve to be doing any business with anyone, especially the injured. If you want someone to fight against you, ignore you and agree with the insurance companies, " hire" arta, she's really good at making you feel UNDERVALUED. P.s. THIS TOO, was NOT written by chat gpt, I apologize for the people whom are around you, having you feel that way. Please - Stop projecting what you and your office does on to your smarter "clients", I'm guessing on a day to day bases. ;) Have a day you deserve! (Bet- they block this review & me :) )
