Horrible experience with Margaret Herring. She's a crook. She conspired with my uncle to hide evidence for a will to prevent my mother who was owed child support arrears from getting a fair portion. She then prevented my brother with Down Syndrome from getting his portion of money because she was against my mother handling the money for two of my brothers who were minors at the time. It was really none of her business and without any valid reasons at all to attempt to obstruct it. Joke was on her when one brother told the bank that he absolutely wanted his mother to help him when he turned 18. The bank said he had that right despite the instructions she put on the account. My other brother with Down Syndrome will now get his SSI benefits cut because his money has been idle in the bank for 5 years now. Thanks Margaret for just allowing the State to have A disabled kid's money and allowing the executor to rip everyone else off also. You've created nothing but bad memories and a mound of pointless paperwork with senseless vindictiveness for no valid reason. Be careful to get proper facts straight about people and situations when you represent a dishonest person and join in with that dishonesty.
