John Molina - Attorney at Law

We hired John Molina to help with requesting to get back property by writing and sending letter to party being served. Charged $500 up front and calls back to say the 10 days have arrived and other party did not respond. I asked if the letter was delivered certified mail he stated no I asked him to send it again but this time certified. He wanted to charge $250 more to send it certified! it really got me upset because how do I know that he did mail the letter and he wants to charge more to send letter certified. He was very rude and said we don't have to send it certified but since you are doubting if it was even mailed out I will send it and make sure you get the certified copy. He is too expensive and believe me if he would have explained to me that he doesn't send mail certified I would have requested it in the beginning! Would never hire this lawyer again.

I had a disappointing experience with this lawyer. They were often unavailable and did not respond to my emails in a timely manner. While the information provided was somewhat helpful, they failed to offer a prep session for my small claims case despite my request. In fact, they never even acknowledged that email until today. I expected better communication and support, especially for such an important matter. I lost my case because of his unprofessionalism.

I endured a horrible car accident & John was so patient with me. He was excellent at explaining the process in a way I could understand. You can't beat the personal attention compared to dealing with a big firm. He knows the law, is persistent, & was very diligent on working on my case. John is a GREAT, HONEST, ATTORNEY & I recommend him.
