Not very helpful. Didn't care to listen. Stated that my husband was going to die anyway. That is NOT a nice way to speak to someone regarding any issues w/ medical malpractice, medical negligence and wrongful death lawsuits. This law firm is one that only cares about $$$. They do not care to LISTEN. It's UNJUST. I thought it would be a good one. Tried calling & spoke to 1 and he had been very rude; as I was awoken. After barely being able to sleep for 2 days after losing husband. He was completely coherent. When I spoke to tell him the issues of the malpractice, and negligence, he stated I spoke too much. What was I to say? He died? That's it? I've to say who was at fault. He needs the people, the company, the time, date, my husband's name, age, etc yet he didn't even give me 5 mins. It was over in 3 mins. Absolutely flabbergasted! The other lawyer I found out was from this same practice! He was the one that told me my husband was going to die anyway! That's absolutely RUDE! Everyone dies yes, but my husband had a long way to go. He was coherent and until the lady dropped him on his head, and the EMTs neglected to take him to the hospital & continued lallygagging over 23 mins over his name, age as my husband continued to correct them and I did, he most assuredly had a brain bleed that took over!! They refused to take him to Sharp where he is already established. I told them it's best to take him to UCSD. They adamantly refused!! So this law firm is awful!! A million percent! Rude & Only out for Money w/ Easy cases w/ not wanting to help those in need that are disabled!

My son and daughter in law work here at this office. Very friendly atmosphere and great people to talk with. My son is an investigator and she's a paralegal. Greg is a great person with a caring heart. If you ever need representation this is the law office to visit. Stop in and visit Carlos and Mona and tell them Vicki Albanese recommended them.

The BEST attorney in Chula Vista, one busy office but the whole staff is wonderful, very personal and with the experience they have, it is well worth the time you may have to wait.
