Mr Petelin is worth every dime. He is very knowledgeable & keenly aware of the workings of the law. James quickly accessed my needs & devised the best strategy for the outcome I needed. My only regret is that I didn't know of him sooner. He was very reasonable with his fees. In court he brilliantly worded everything, recalling even small details. Which I believe were pivotal in getting my desired outcome. He also had my paperwork filed & case on the docket months earlier than other attorneys I consulted. He earned EVERY STAR!!!

This guy is a piece of work not intrested in his clients wellbeing or issues .my partners case was a clear case of police misconduct seeing the officer was fired for selling drugs to a minor . Instead of imidiatly asking for dismissal he instead wants to drag it on I can only assume for the money . We're filing a complaint with the bar today.

I was lucky enough to have James Petelin represent me during an unfortunate situation. I had little experience (no experience) with the legal system prior to hiring James. I found him to be open and honest, straight forward and blunt. He did not make any promises and laid out the exact obstacles I was facing. As awkward as it might sound it was the most relieving moment. I knew he was perfect to represent me moving forward. Beyond that during court James is prepared and professional. He did a tremendous job advocating for me.

I met Mr. Petelin through my husband who served in the Navy Reserves with him. I'd been representing myself in family court since 2012 and never truly needed to hire an attorney, but after my daughter's father moved out of state, things...escalated...and there was no question that I needed professional legal support and guidance. I needed someone to take the reigns this time and forge a path in unfamiliar territory for me, for my daughter. Mr. Petelin was that person. He was thorough, reassuring, informative, responsive, strong, knowledgeable, and confident. He blazed that trail all the way through trial and to the best custody orders I've ever heard of a judge writing. I was blown away. He is that good!

Aloha was very helpful & we all know calling an attorney for any reason is a stressful situation. With Aloha she made me feel like contacting my court appointed lawyer was going to be OK.
