We are part of the camp fire lawsuit. Frantz has dragged their feet making payments from the Trust, They have had our money sence April, August 1 still no payment.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM THEY HAVE NEW LAWYERS AN EMPLOYEES WEEKLY AN WILL HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION MESSED UP. I WISH WE HAD. EVER HIRED THEM AN FILING A CO.PLAINT WITH THE BAR they have also lost my narrative just like other complaints that I am seeing in here we've had to redo them three times I still haven't gotten my first check now I am being audited because they have a screwed everything up so much from the get-go I am filing a complaint with the bar and I am also trying to see about firing them without them getting any compensate for anything I have not even gotten my first check my kids mother is dying of cancer and desperately needs help from me monetary wise as well as my kids I've been homeless and living in and out of my vehicle because of them they have new attorneys and new secretaries every week and have to re-explain everything please save yourself some grief and do not hire them whatsoever George is absolutely a horrible attorney I don't know how he can look himself in the mirror and I don't know how they should get paid from anybody my family should have gotten a lot more money and they just decided to settle because they were tired of doing with them and it is absolutely ridiculous.. they have had all of our information mixed up as I was seeing my mom's doctors and I was on the medications that my mom takes we had to do the narrative over and over and write it out they never said nothing that my family could do it over the phone or on a video as they are not able to write very well expecting my 87 year old grandma at the time to write out a narrative and have her settle for 50,000 is is sickening

As an update on 1/19/2024 They also farmed out their legal work and in a PGE settlement victims are only getting 60%. The attorney's are making almost as much as the victims. They have done nothing but profit off the trauma we suffered. Their communication is vague, inexperienced, and this has continued to be a traumatic experience. Our case manager is a " data analyst" and the last time we spoke someone joined the conversation that knew nothing about our case or file. There are 3 total legal teams billing. @Frantz Law Group, @Bridgford, Gleason & Artinian - @McNicholas & McNicholas - It's been years of waiting for the PGE settlement. Our narratives were lost, we had to completely redo them ( great for trauma by the way) Many in our community that relocated here after the Camp Fire have settled their claim. We've heard nothing recently, we have an email from an assistant always stating they have no word. The last communication 6 days ago has gone unanswered along with the messages my daughter's have left. For a firm who handles fire claims, they should understand the trauma response and be willing to communicate more effectively. There is 0 confidence in a firm that you don't even know the name of the attorney handling your case and how and if they are representing you. I am sure though when the time comes they will get their 3rd. How unfortunate to feel taken advantage of by the very firm you chose to compensate you for a life time of trauma. We regret our decision of choosing this law firm and I look forward to the day we can move forward. If you need representation with a firm that communicates and understands your interest DO NOT choose this firm.
