Mr.Eric Berg and all of his team have been very kind and understanding to me during the duration of my proceedings. I knew from the first time that I met him that I was in very competent, knowledgeable and caring hands. I appreciated, professional, comprehensive yet empathetic representing.Through the process I was so relieved to have him representing me. Alex who is a paralegal on his team who kept an open line of communication making me feel like my case was the utmost importance. Breanna as well was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Daniel another memeber with his experience always responded to any question I had leaving me with a good understanding of what to expect. Thank you to all the staff that I did not mention as well. When I chose Berg and associates, I chose the most confident law firm in Northern California. When I walked out of my first meeting with Mr. Berg, I walked with my held high knowing that I chose a winning team. The office staff are amazing and you are treated like family. GO TEAM BERG!!!!!!

Stay far away from this law office. They falsify charges, they try to slip huge bills past you and when you called them on it all of a sudden they're able to reduce your bill by thousands of dollars. That is the first sign that you are working with a thief. Sam the Office Manager is the most unprofessional, dishonest and conniving Office Manager in a law firm that I've ever encountered. The guy never shows up to the office on time, my wife waited 45 minutes for him to show up to a meeting to discuss her bill and these exuberant charges that were being charged to her retainer. On top of that they tried to charge my wife a fee for the office manager's time to adjust her bill from overcharging her! This is not made up. When you approach the Office Manager and the practice with issues regarding accounting or your retainer, they are all very cryptic and protecting of exposing these bad practices. All of a sudden no one's ever in the office, everyone's in a meeting, no one returned your calls, and no one responds to your emails. I will be filing a complaint with the state regarding this office practices. I hope you read this, Mr. Berg and I hope you are ashamed of how you treat your local residents of Redding California. To detail, my wife had a 1 1/2 hour meeting with Mr. Berg and a 20 minute phone call. Followed by two email correspondences and this office tried to charge her over $5000. Not a single file was filed with the court on her behalf. I strongly urge anyone approaching this office to find other counsel and avoid being totally robbed and being taken advantage of. My wife has dealt with this office for over two months. It's caused her many nights of restlessness and anxiety. We are normal people with normal expectations of legal counsel, this office failed in every way shape and form. It's this post is removed. I will repost again. I will repost again to yelp and I am just trying to help you fellow residence, seeking legal help and times of need. Still fighting with this office via Visa disputes/claims to recoup my wife's money.

Mr. Berg is an excellent lawyer! He is very compassionate towards his clients without being patronizing. I would highly recommend using Berg Defense. Mr. Berg gave us results that we did not even imagine were possible. He kept in contact and answered every question I had throughout the entire process. His office staff were friendly and responsive as well. 5/5 stars is not a high enough rating. Thank you Mr. Berg.

Mr Berg is a top notch lawyer. Super intelligent and has your best interest in mind. He will let you know if you even have a case before spending loads of money. He also is honest enough to tell you if he knows of a better more specified lawyer. He is very personable and approachable. Honest and efficient.
