I'm originally from Venezuela and I was under TPS, and Chugh, LLP helped me through my entire H-1B process. The case wasn't easy, but everything was handled efficiently. They explained each step, guided me through the requirements, and took care of all the filings. They also prepared me for the visa interview and helped me understand exactly what to expect. My process required traveling outside the U.S. to Colombia for the H-1B visa stamp, and their guidance made the whole experience smoother. Overall, I had a solid experience and appreciate the support throughout the process. My wife also had her H-4 approved, and I successfully obtained my H-1B visa.

My experience with this law firm was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hired them for both an immigration matter and a restraining order, and we agreed on a $2,500 fee at the first meeting. After I paid, the level of communication dropped dramatically. Calls, messages, and emails were often ignored, leaving me feeling completely unsupported during an important legal process. Because of the lack of response and professionalism, I decided to switch attorneys. When I requested a refund for the unused portion of my payment, I had to follow up for months just to get any answers. The invoices I eventually received included charges I did not expect and dates that did not match my case timeline. When I pointed this out, I was simply told it was a mistake. Overall, I felt that I was not treated fairly and that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience with poor communication and questionable billing practices, I strongly do not recommend this firm. I am also considering submitting a formal complaint to the state bar so my situation can be reviewed.
