Run for your life from this corrupt attorney. We hired him to enforce our CC&R's and to get an injunction after we caught our electrician neighbor stealing our utilities and wiretapping us, and when the neighbor thought he had been caught, the neighbor reported me for the utility theft and tampering. I have a bill. Kim filed a lawsuit without asking us first, or letting us read the suit. All we wanted to do was to go to mediation and to get an injunction. Kim then prevented any inspections or got any access to inspect or to correct the utility lines. What a criminal. I just found a letter in his file with lines whited out where he states he received money from the neighbors for a lien and had negotiated with the opposition's attorney 6 months before we had ever hired Kim. I have no idea what Kim did but he clearly represented the neighbors. He billed us excessively for representing our neighbors and then sued us for even more money. The case is still in the court 2 years later and this case was premeditated in advance to cause us to loose the equity in our home and to cause financial ruin. The case was also fraudulently induced to cause litigation. My advice, never ever hire any attorney in California because it could cost you your life savings. I am a disabled, 61 year old late stage cancer survivor too. Kim also allowed evidence to be tampered with during an inspection, withheld evidence from us and hid his real file and correspondence from us. I reported him to the BAR but the BAR does nothing and protects the criminal attorneys. My advice, learn how to practice law yourself Pro Per. It's pretty easy to do.
