I've been a client with this firm since May 2025. The communication has been very disappointing. I had to speak to a manager before my case worker would respond to my questions or provide assistance. While I have currently obtained medical care for some of my injuries, there are still injuries rhat haven't been addressed no matter how often I have brought it to the attention of my case manager. The response is always the same, "I'm going to work on that." And then I hear nothing more about it, until I bring it up again." To date, I haven't heard from my case manager in 3 weeks and I reached out to her 7 days ago. This experience has unacceptable.
