Deliver the check to the shipping office., They're always answered you're calls and your questions, no problem,, i will always use bauman law and I advise everybody to use them. You will be happy with the results.

If I could give a 0 I would. If you want your case handled with professionalism and lack of communication, DO NOT USE this agency. I called for a possible case on my son back in May of 2025. They requested private information on my son in which I provided then ghosted my emails, calls, and text. When I finally did get a response it stated, "someone from the office will get back to you," but they never did. It's middle of October now and I still have had no luck getting in contact even with a manager to file a complaint. Worse company ever! Run don't walk away from using this company.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not trust them with your business no matter how desperate you may be. I spent over 4years being bounced around different account managers (with no updates when they would change). Incorrect information and photos in regards to my accident all the way up until my disposition, which the lawyer that came to represent me just sat there unresponsive on the call the entire time. I felt beyond under represented and when someone was finally able to settle a $7500 lawsuit for a car accident they found every way possible to pretty much keep all of the money and sent me away with a measly $900 check. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. These plaques and awards in their office are clearly lies and have most likely been awarded because some rich guy knows the right guys to make it look as if he's running a good business. Please save yourself the headache and find someone more legit.

Very Unprofessional. Even though they did settle my case. The front staff have no idea what to tell the clients. That lady Sue, very very rude. I hope you read this Sue. If you dont like your job quit and be a walmart greater. Was told I would get my settlement check 10-15 business days and haven't received it. Told me the check would get expedite it. Never recieved. I ask and let them know what is going on and how they said my check would get expedite and then they tell me it's out of my cost. LOL what a joke

This law office is not for the people. Our case manager Nataly and her assistant Isabel are very rude even the lawyer Candice. We have experience with other car accident lawyers and we were never treated this way. Lack of customer service and empathy only the Supervisor talked to my wife that made sense. They made us sign the release without having the check on hand and they have not negotiated with the providers we've seen. Very disappointed with this law group. Everything we called it just makes us more upset. I do not recommend this law group at all. And also they take 40% instead of the regular 30%. If you want good customer service and better compensation go somewhere else.
