I had my car accident over a year ago. This has been my first car accident ever. This was the first law firm I spoken with. I decided to let them handle my case. However it has been the WORSE law firm ever. At first when I started and I would speak with Jesus Duran it was great. He was great with communication and calling me. After my case started being shuffled around and I started getting no calls and no answers. I had to be the one to be calling to ask for random people because I had no idea who I could speak with since I would get 1 call every so often and it was always different individuals. I have never spoken to the lawyer. Iam or Ian whatever his name is WORSE person to speak with. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said his supervisor was Angel, I called to speak with Angel and I asked him if he was Iam/Ian supervisor and he said no! I asked to speak with a supervisor and I never got a call or a chance to speak with a supervisor. I kept calling to speak with a supervisor and still till this day 11/25/2025 I haven't got a call. I now speak with Andres and when I have questions in regards on how long it will take to get my check he tells me he can't answer that. I asked if the insurance released the checks for my daughter and I and the answer was YES, they received it. However they are not paying me my settlement. I called again to ask how longer more and it when from a week or 2 to a month now. So now I have to wait who knows how long for me to get the settlement money yet they received my daughter's and my settlement check. I will advice whoever tries to be represented by this law firm to go somewhere else who will give you answers and that will call you to update you. This place does not call you. I have all prove how I am the one always having to call them. Plus they won't release your settlement check. They been holding mine. This law firm is just not the one. I would NEVER recommend. Save yourself and go to a different law firm and good luck. This law firm you will never speak with the actual attorney/lawyer, you won't get a call for updates, you will get attitude given to you, and you won't get your settlement check until they feel like releasing it and there is no telling because they won't even give you a approximately time frame. Worse part they still have my case and I had to come here to write this. Now I wouldn't doubt they hold our settlement check for a year. But I rather give a review then for anybody to have to experience what I am experiencing with this law firm. I will post reviews as many times as I have to until they let me come pick up our settlement checks and close my case. And I will start to post screenshots of the amount of time I have to call them because they won't call me.
