I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Galina was my personal injury attorney after a car accident, hoping to feel supported during a very stressful time. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. From the start, I felt like I was doing most of the legwork myself. I was fortunate enough that the accident was caught on security cameras, & even after providing her with all the necessary information, she had me retrieve everything. I expected that as my attorney, someone who's supposed to represent and advocate for me she would take the lead on tasks like this. Communication was also a major issue. About 80% of our contact was initiated by me. Rarely did I receive updates or check-ins unless I reached out first. And when I did, I often felt like I was inconveniencing her. No client should feel like a burden to their own legal representative. I even escalated my concerns to David, hoping for some reassurance or support, and never got a response. I later saw an older review on their page describing a similar experience. Going through a car accident is hard enough & having an attorney who lacks people skills and basic follow-through only made the situation more stressful. I truly wish my experience had been better.

Time and time again we return to David Mamann due to the wonderful case manager Galina. Her promptness and care to our case was amazing during such a difficult time. She was patient and treated us with care, assuring us that everything would be taken care of. And she delivered! We did not have to worry about anything and at the end everything was dealt with in a timely manner. I constantly recommend her to anyone with legal troubles. She is the best!
