I am a sole practitioner focusing on criminal law, DUI, and other traffic violations. I started my career in Los Angeles County as a law enforcement officer in 1983. I moved to San Bernardino County in 1990 where I continued my career as a police officer. In 1998 I went to law school while working as a bailiff in the San Bernardino County Court System. I graduated from California Southern Law School in 2002 and passed the California State Bar Exam that same year. I take pride in my job and strive to achieve the best result possible for my clients in their unique situations. I have contacts with the best private investigators in the county. David Leicht handled my 2-point moving violation and appeared in court on behalf of me and was able to work with the citing officer to amend my charge down to a -0- point violation. I've read that these days, citing officers show up to court much more often than before when subpoenaed due to some new policies. So having a good lawyer is a must. I have gotten 2 tickets in the past on separate occasions. This law office got them dismissed both times. Worth every penny. Hopefully I don't get any more tickets. Also, they communicate good and provide email updates throughout the entire process. They call you as well.
I got a speeding ticket of exceeding 100mph in February of this year 2024 coming back from Las Vegas. I contacted David office and Trudi gave me the truth run down of what could happen. I decided to go with them and put my trust for him to handle this case. I am sooo glad I contacted David because he was able to get my ticket dismissed. Luckily the officer did not show up to court. Trudi was the best through out the process! She updated me on every move of my case. I'm 100% happy with the outcome.
