Very unprofessional and rude. Employee and owner would not let me speak when they asked me a question I got interrupted multiple times and then when expressing my issue with his staff he hung up on me. Whether I'm a current customer or not I clearly called to inquire and you don't interrupt people when they're trying to explain a question you answered. Also multiple other reviews said they got hung up on as well so apparently this company thinks that is okay. They don't care how they talk or treat people. Thats why I wasn't even able to explain my situation without being interrupted rudely. Do better. No wonder you guys have a 3 star rating.
It was explained to me this is not a volume law firm. They are selective in their cases and do not take cases that are a waste of everyone's time. You will see
