Horrible communication! Receptionists are extremely rude and condescending in their answers. I have not been able to speak to anyone of the 4-5 names I've been given (that are supposedly in charge of my case). Definitely not worth the excessive advertising they pay for. Would not recommend. Update 9/3/25 I was contacted by Diana, pleasant to talk to. She was able to answer all of my questions, gave me ease on my current situation which will allow me to focus on my health and family. I appreciate her time and thorough communication and understanding. Huge weight was lifted of my shoulders! Thank you, Diana!

Extremely disappointed with this law firm. I would not recommend to anyone. They have zero Communication. I need a very important document, and I emailed my attorney for it on 9/24. She then forwarded it to two other people. I got no reply, so two days later (26th) I asked if I can please get that document, and then informed them that I need it ASAP. Again, no reply. I reached out on 29th again Asking for the document. On the 29th I got a reply saying that they are working on getting that document and will send it to me. On the 30th I emailed them in the group email and ask for the document again. Again, no reply. Here we are on October 1. I sent an email to the group expressing how disappointed I am, and I am constantly getting ignored and I need the document ASAP. I get a reply that 1 Of the 3 People in the Email group stated that they will be out of the office from October 1 to the 15th. If I need a prompt response to contact my case manager. I did so, and still no reply. I then called the office and got sent straight to voicemail. Usually when you call you speak to somebody, but I heard them click it over to another line. It has been a whole week and I do not understand why they can't get a simple document that only takes minutes to get. It is obvious they do not put their clients needs first. I feel that all attorneys should Do whatever they can to help their client.

My case manager, Stacy Velasquez, has been absolutely wonderful--always keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. When I first started this journey, I was mentally and physically stressed. Opening a case felt overwhelming, but my attorney, Sundus Barakai, assured me that she would handle everything from start to finish with professionalism and diligence. Her support gave me peace of mind, and I truly felt that I was in good hands. They had helped me get doctors that were going to pursuit after my best interest Not a companies Best interest. Prior to having Alvandi LAW group assist me. I have my safety officers from the company showing up to my doctor visits and interrupting them. Alvandi had gotten me second opinion doctors ASAP and help me get the Justice I deserve from a workplace injury. They also had fought for the most sufficient reward and didn't settle just for the bare minimum. Monica Torress was a great consoler during the season.
