David Brault is an awful attorney. His legal knowledge related to real estate and construction law is severely lacking. His direction and suggestions to his clients are solely motivated to generate more fees for himself. He does not evaluate and provide advice for his clients to win cases but rather provides guidance which enriches him. As an example, he drafted a costly summary judgement motion for me which he lost and 2 attorneys who reviewed it subsequently said it was ill advised and should never have been filed.
