Chapman & Intrieri LLP

Chapman and Intrieri settled a difficult mediation for our HOA Association. They continued to work with the Association to oversee the reconstruction process from beginning to end for 1-1/2 years for our large condominium community. Both Mr. Intrieri and Mr. Chapman are both knowledgeable, and highly respected HOA Attorneys. Our 60 buildings look better today than they did when they were purchased from the developer. I highly recomend this firm!!

Based on my experience with them, I do not recommend this business. The structural defects on our condominium buildings have not been completely resolved. We continue experiencing poor sound insulation and cracks on our condominium buildings' exterior. When I brought these concerns to Mark Intrieri's attention last year, while our HOA was in the process of filing FINRA's questionnaire, he was completely dismissive and defensive. They carried out the destructive investigation process for three plus years, but wound up the repairs in less than two years. We were promised a replacement of the defective (IGU) glass on windows; however, Intrieri's preferred vendor, ACT Constructions, left the glass replacement process incomplete early last year. Our HOA had to eventually hire another vendor this year - Southgate Glass, and the (IGU) window glass replacement, promised to us under the Settlement, is still ongoing in our community as of this date. Again, based on my experience and the interactions I had with him, I do not recommend Intrieri and his business.
