Niblock & Associates

I am in chapter 13 been trying to contact someone for over a month, they take name and number say they will get back to you never happens. I guess they get there money and are done with you, even if your case is still active. This is very unprofessional, would not recommend there services to no one!!!

You can never get them on the phone. I have to email and call multiple times before they actually do what I need. If you do not constantly check in on what you need, they will ignore it. I have went over a week without a reply to an email, and I ended up having to drive to the office to get the attorney to respond. I am having to wait at least a week for time sensitive documents and emails. Every time you call, you get sent to voicemail.

So far, their service is excellent. Cassie Taylor was amazing to talk with and she made me feel so much better about my situation. She has such a friendly attitude. I have no doubt that the rest of my time with this company will be a pleasant experience, even given the circumstances. Edited to add that I got to meet Brittney and Cassie and they are both amazing! They both have the best personalities and really know how to make you feel comfortable. Thank you both for helping to ease my fears and making this process an easy one for me. Also, thanks for the pink pen!

I'm so profoundly grateful for the team at Niblock & Associates. They helped me win my disability case. I had been denied twice, and was growing despondent. I'm a medical train wreck. I have known Mr. Niblock for about 20 years and he has helped my family on numerous occasions. He and his firm go above and beyond to to see to their clients needs. He has helped us keep my parents estate current. He is currently helping is with our estate planning. I would highly recommend him for your legal needs particularly estate planning. Even Brittany made a house call to my parents to notarize some legal documents.
