I originally paid a retainer fee of $1800 to have a case opened up fighting for custody of my son, when the situation changed and all I needed was an agreed order to be edited and submitted I asked for a refund and was told that I could only get $700 back and he wouldn't help with the Agreed Order (at this point he had done nothing for the case) , or I would get the $700 back and he would help with the changing of our agreed order. So basically I was given an option to get the same amount of money back either way with or without professional help and felt like not getting the help they were robbing me of the other $1100 so decided to let him do the agreed order. Now that the Agreed Order is finished and submitted they won't give the money back and are saying because of our email exchanges and a couple back and forths editing the Order I "actually exceeded the amount on the retainer fee but he won't charge me more". This is dishonest and extortion-I do not recommend

Mr. Wynne confirmed Holy Spirit's choice of guardianship attorneys I should retain in Drew County when I consulted him as he does not travel that far south from PB. Not only has he restored my faith in the legal profession as being a godly attorney which until now was an oxymoron to me like, for example, referring to someone like King David as a "little giant" or mixing oil & water where two thangs just don't mix, you dig?! but also in mankind! I am so blessed to have had Terry Wynne and everyone in his office help me. Regardless of my several calls and emails to check on my case, they were always so kind and patient with me! They helped me overcome something that felt close to impossible. Each person that works here in this law firm are wonderful and I would recommend Mr. Wynne to anybody!

I advise to not use this law firm. I went to court one time on a dismissal that was denied. Emailed a letter to appeal a case. Printed multiple unnecessary paper work. Never filed my interrogatories. I wanted justice never accomplished nothing and over charge me 2,400.00, do not use.

Love this attorney He is very experienced handles his cases well and cares about his clients and their needs and also prompt on returning calls if your looking for a great attorney this is the man!!!! I would hire him over and over again and again!!! He won my case!
