They don't care about you or your situation. Outrageous payment arrangement. They will not work with you even if you are not working. Plus, you're stuck with them til paid off. Can't never speak with Maxie. They're good at trying to file judgements, complaints, and garnishments.

For starters I've been getting garnished for the SAME bill for OVER 10 years. I contacted the hospital to try and see why I was still being garnished only to find out that I no longer have a bill!!! I been contacting Maxie Kizer and leaving voicemails and she have yet to respond!! I need to KNOW why she is taking my money and where is it going??? I have 6 kids and I can't afford to play with her about my money !!!!!! I've been contacting her over 2 months and still NO REPLY !!! Someone SERIOUSLY needs to do an investigation because no way I should be getting garnished and my kids all have Medicaid but I'm paying a $16,000 bill because of their fault saying instead of putting a 3 they put a 2 (hospital) and bc it's been so long (not long enough for them to bring up the bill) that Medicaid can't go back and pay for it !!! I paid !!! Yet I'm still being garnished !!!!

Just got off the phone with this guy. I was simply trying to make a payment and he very rudely let me know I had the wrong number. Asked me if I'd like it and I said yes. Told me I needed to get a pin. I said okay just a second he said "too late" then proceeded to hangup in my face. Very professional

I am being sued and I called her office to give her my response, I left a message and of course she never called me back (doesn't care obviously why would she) 1 star.
