Lott Rolfe IV PA

Heaven sent!!! I try not to question god at all but I did. I want go into details because it still feels like it happen yesterday. Attorney Rolfe was so professional, compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable, did I say compassionate!!!!! The moment he read my son case, the apology he gave us for what they was putting us through was so heartfelt. I was broken(still) but he ensure me that I wasn't gone have to endure losing another son. HE DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO!!!! I CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH OR GIVE HIM ENOUGH RECOMMENDATIONS, RECOGNITION OR PRASIE!!!

A year ago I looked around for an Attorney I can trust and one that I knew would be compassionate about my case! Spoke with several Attorneys and I didn't like what was spoken to me about my case! They had a defeated mindset and to me that's sad for any Attorney to have! Some just wanted the case for the money and the others just didn't care! I was referred by my sister to obtain Lott Rolfe IV as my Attorney! I remembered him from another case that he won for my sister's ex husband! Now it was my time to experience him for myself! Words cannot express how grateful I am to have him as my Attorney! From the very first time I spoke with him, I knew he was the one and I was going to win my case! Did he prove me right? (YES) he did! I didn't write this post to boast about him I did it because everything I stated above is true facts!

My experience with Attorney (Ad Litem) Margo Warner has by far been the worst experience of my 39 years of life. Be careful who you chose or are provided as an attorney or ad litem (child custody cases) because while it is a check to her, she holds the life & future of your child & yourself in the palm of her hands. Her recommendations to the court weigh significantly on the courts & shape your child's next steps. This attorney was hired on my case due to the last attorney ad litem having to recuse herself off my case due to taking a job with my ex husband's attorney law firm ( a circus in itself). She was a referral from the last attorney. In child custody cases, the ad litem's thoroughness is paramount. She interviewed the home & provided herself accessible to only my ex husband. Unsure if she crossed the lines with him...a possibility. She never interviewed my home and when I was able to reach her she either ignored majority of my emails or disregarded return phone calls. I provided her documented facts pertinent to the hostile & disregard of coparenting of my ex husband & it was seen as "my fault for his actions" and not a strong enough basis in her biased eyes. Warner is lazy, biased, rude, arrogant, and unethical and should be disbarred. She should never be able to erroneously affect another child's future. Absolutely disgusting individual. My case deserved an impartial & passionate to the cause ad litem. Please run & never let Warner serve over your case. I hope no one has to experience her.

If I could rate a zero for this company, I would. As far as referring Rolfe Law Firm, I would not wish this in my worse enemy. They're rude, lazy and unprofessional, while using their services, I was so stressed due to the fact that you're paying for something you do not receive. I had to work for myself and there's no communication of any sort, no matter how much you reach out to these lazy, unprofessional people. In other words, Rolfe Law Firm isn't worth your time or money.

I can't be anything but thankful with the professionalism and service provided to me. They walked me through step by step what was needed and what I needed to do and my outcome was excellent. Thanks so much Attorney Rolfe and Ms. Terry, Paralegal. God bless you all.
